If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not like the product
  • If the product does not meet personal expectations
  • If the wrong model was ordered by the customer
  • If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

All products are carefully inspected before shipping.
